On 20th October 2010, the Minister for Water, Minister for the River Murray and Minister for Environment and Conservation Hon. Paul Caica officially launched WaterConnect, the Department for Water's new information portal.

WaterConnect provides a single point of access to a comprehensive range of water information including technical reports, mapping products, monitoring data, business applications and licence and permit status. It's aim to connect communities and industry to our State's water information.

WaterConnect presents data regarding water resources, activities and initiatives in a single portal - from the state and condition of surface water and groundwater, to locations of riverbank collapse along the South Australian River Murray.

In the future, e-NRIMS will be decommissioned and all relevant applications found on WaterConnect. Until such time, please find a link to WaterConnect attached to those applications that have already been relocated. Please remember to save WaterConnect as a favourite, in order for you to find the water information you are looking more efficiently.
